As a Care Professional, you'll provide tailored, unhurried support that makes a real difference. Your daily visits could include:
1. Companionship – chatting, sharing stories, reducing loneliness
2. Personal care – supporting with washing, dressing, and hygiene
3. Medication assistance – prompting or helping with prescribed medication
4. Meal preparation – helping clients enjoy healthy meals
5. Light housekeeping – tidying, laundry, and keeping homes safe
6. Mobility support – helping with walking, gentle exercise, or movement
7. Errands and outings – driving to appointments, shopping, or social events
All visits are a minimum of one hour, so there’s time to build trust and deliver care that feels personal and meaningful.
