Maintenance Engineer (Night Shift)
Location: Huntingdon
What you’ll do
You’ll keep production equipment and site systems running smoothly by carrying out maintenance, fixing faults, and improving reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
* Complete preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs quicklyli>
* Minimise downtime and keep production running efficiently
* Work on a range of systems (e.g. robotics, CNC machines, vacuum and laser systems)
* Record maintenance activities and support continuous improvement
* Ensure all work meets health & safety standards
What we’re looking for
* Engineering qualification (e.g. Level 3 or equivalent – Mechanical/Electrical)
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently, especially on night shifts
* Good organisation and attention to detail
