Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join Holcim UK and lead a team of three Area Sales Managers across the South within our Concrete Products Division. This role shapes regional success by partnering with SME housebuilders, builders merchants, sub-contractors, and commercial project stakeholders to create lasting relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver strategies that achieve real results.
Responsibilities
* Lead with clarity, encouragement, and hands-on support to empower your team to perform at their best.
* Manage regional accounts, negotiate agreements, and ensure targets are met through effective planning and collaboration.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to generate high-value sales with new customers across the territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Qualifications
* Experience leading and supporting sales teams and creating an environment where people are motivated and equipped to succeed.
* Proven ability to manage regional accounts, negotiate, and achieve targets through planning and collaboration.
* Strong relationship builder who understands customer needs and delivers solutions that work for all.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on engagement, including meeting customers, analyzing opportunities, and guiding a team.
