About the Role
Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team on a full-time basis as ‘Operations Assistant’. Our largest client is an organisation in the public sector for whom we carry out fire safety reporting services for thousands of buildings throughout the UK on a routine basis – our intention is to better serve this contract by building our back-office team to deliver the best customer service and support possible.
The successful candidate will report to the Project Operations Lead, to facilitate the delivery of our services on this contract. If you are an organised individual with good IT skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
Summary of Main Responsibilities
* Support the Project Operations Lead with administrative tasks pertaining to the project, including:
* Obtaining works ordersfrom the asset management system
* Reviewing building floor plans and registers to send to surveyors in readiness for upcoming survey visits
* Close works orders on the system and email sites on completion
* Uploading plans and registers to the asset management system
* Assist in the day-to-day operational administrative duties including scheduling and chasing site contacts
* General operational administrative support
* Assisting with on-site staff liaison & scheduling of site visits
* Keeping CRM system up-to-date with project progress
Key Requirements
* Good IT skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat PDF
* Good communication skills
* To be able to work independently and use initiative
* Able to pass an enhanced DBS check and security clearance assessment for working on government contracts

Package:
* Full time: 8.30am to 4.30pm or equivalent (37.5 hrs)
* Starting Salary of £23,850 per annum
* Office based – Apex Office Space, 1 Water Vole Way, Doncaster, DN4 5JP
