We're looking for a passionate Analyst – OTC to join our UK OTC team. The OTC analyst is responsible for leading the banking process ensuring banking transactions are recorded in a timely manner whilst supporting the processing of payments underpinned by operating within a SOX environment. Provide support to the cash collections processes cover and support for the senior analyst, to help manage the OTC activities/portfolios for credit risk, cash collection, banking and billing.
The Analyst will deliver process excellence initiatives and evolution alongside developing and maintaining relationships with key business functions thereby enhancing the value offered by the OTC & Banking Team, both onshore and offshore.
What You'll Do:
1. Banking operations; Effectively execute the banking function by:
• Cash Allocation
• Cashflow Reporting to Treasury
• Direct Debit Management
• Support the payments process and root cause analysis for rejections
• Banking queries
2. Collection Activities; Supporting the cash collection function by;
• Ledger maintenance reporting from S4
• Chasing customer to discuss overdue invoices
• Investigation of unallocated cash
• Processing refund requests
3. Master Data Management: Support the day-to-day operation for MDM OTC activities, amending customer accounts accurately and housekeeping effectively.
4. Customer Query Management: Support team to encourage best possible CSAT scores. Exceptions/issues to be investigated and drive root cause with offshore team for key areas and opportunities to improve responses from offshore.
5. SOX and Business controls: Ensure SOX and business controls are complied with and reported in line with internal policy, accounting standards.
6. Process Excellence – support and encourage offshore and onshore process improvement ideas through OTC sprints.
7. Back up and support to credit and collections team during volume peaks.
What You'll Have:
8. A finance background is essential. Specific knowledge of O2C/Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection and Banking activities is advantageous.
9. Specific system knowledge (SAP, Bottomline, ServiceNow).
10. Project management / process controls.
11. Key metrics reporting, governance and escalation management.
12. Pragmatic can adapt quickly to a changing environment and can adapt approaches and utilise and align skills to different customer groups.
13. Ability to set and manage customer expectations and manage key stakeholder.
14. Front desk management and managing internal and external customers.
15. Project management / process controls.

Up to 40,706 dependent on experience.

This role is based out of our Warwick office and we'd hope to see you in the office twice per week.
