Typical matters will include: Purchase and sale of businesses Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Joint venture and investment agreements Shareholder agreements Commercial contracts and terms of business The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and well‑resourced team.
