Purpose ofthe job
As a member ofthe Legal team at Collinson you will take on a broad range ofresponsibilities focused on driving efficient and effectivedelivery of legal services. You will report to the SVP Global GroupGeneral Counsel and spearhead the design management andimplementation of strategic initiatives meant to advance the Legalfunctions mission.
To begin with you will beworking on an exciting new project supporting the successfuldelivery of the DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) acrossall of Collinsons entitiesglobally.
KeyResponsibilities
Manage andoversee a variety of Legal Operations projects and initiativesincluding designing and implementing legal technology and processimprovement solutions. This will include supporting with thedelivery of DocuSign CLM across Collinsonglobally.
Develop and maintain policies andprocedures for the Legal function.
Proactivelyidentify and incubate initiatives that advance Legals strategicpriorities around efficiency simplification continuous improvementand value creation.
Implement best practicesautomation and technology solutions to drive efficiency and processimprovement.
Liaise with Legal functional andregional teams to understand challenges and drive coordinatedstrategy to streamlineprocesses.
Knowledge skills andexperience required
Experiencewithin inhouse legal operations team working alongside risk andcompliance.
Experience in managing legalprojects.
Basic knowledge of project managementpractices and tools.
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite.
Strong analytical mindset andability to recognise trends report issues and translate data intoactionable insights.
Exceptional criticalthinking and problemsolving skills.
Strongcommunication skills relationship building and globalacumen.
