Job Summary Your principal responsibility as a TRE is supporting the training department in providing theoretical and practical training to H175 crews. During this training, NHV and regulatory standards should always be maintained, with safety as our highest priority. As an Aberdeen based H175 TRE you will join the NHV training team. The TRE reports to the FSTC & Training Manager for all aspects of their training duties and will perform tasks and duties as listed below. Main Responsibilities Display relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to the privileges of an examiner. Provide simulator training to company H175 pilots, initial and recurrent, up to NHV standards. Line training and line checks. Provide ground courses to H175 pilots. Stay current with new regulations /requirements Evaluate student’s progress and performance, issues and problems and inform the training department about weak simulator or ground performances in a timely manner. Prepare necessary documents and reports as required. Assisting the training department in further developing H175 training programs. Incorporate occurrences/incidents into company training programs. Witness and conduct Operator Proficiency Checks and Proficiency Checks under the supervision of the Fleet Senior Training Captain or any other person nominated by NP CT. Maintain your own skills to high standards while being a role model for colleagues. Willingness to travel between the NHV bases and the H175 simulator. Responsible for complying with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, and controls and supporting information security objectives Skills and Experience Experience Holder of a UK ATPL(H) - Essential Holder of a EASA ATPL(H) - Desirable H175 Type Rating - Desirable H175 TRE (UK & EASA) – Desirable Holder of a Current TRE B4 Qualification – Essential Skills Languages: English Excellent communication skills Coaching and developing About Us About Us NHV Group is an international helicopter service provider, specialised in business-to-business helicopter services both offshore & onshore.
