About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer / Photographer to join our dynamic content and marketing team. This is a multi-disciplinary role ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, a strong foundation in photography and design, and an eagerness to contribute to a wide range of creative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Photography & Editing: Capture and edit high-quality product and lifestyle imagery using DSLR cameras and Adobe Lightroom.
• Graphic Design: Design engaging marketing materials including web banners, emails, flyers, social media content, infographics, product presenters, and more, using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Videography (Desirable): Create short videos and animated GIFs to support marketing campaigns (experience beneficial but not required).
• Catalogue Design: Assist in the creation of product catalogues and brochures, ensuring brand consistency and design accuracy.
• AI Content Creation: Leverage AI tools for image or video generation as needed (experience a plus but not essential).
• Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas for new products, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Sales Team Support: Develop bespoke sales materials, pitch decks, and client-specific imagery in collaboration with the sales team.
• Trade Show Preparation: Support the planning, visualization, and setup of trade show stands and displays.
• Studio & Workflow Management: Maintain the photography studio (equipment and props), manage file organization, and prioritize project workflow efficiently.
• Social Media (Preferred): Assist in creating visually appealing content for social media platforms.
Key Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
• Experience with DSLR photography and post-processing workflows.
• A keen eye for design, layout, and composition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
• Experience with AI image/video generation tools.
• Basic video editing or animation (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Social media content creation or management experience.
• Experience supporting trade shows or events.
