ATN is partnered with a globally recognised Automotive Service Provider in its search for an experienced Sales Director.
This is a hybrid working role to be based in Woking, with travel to customers across the UK & Ireland required.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the sales strategy across the UK & Ireland to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
* Farm out, identify and land new relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
* Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
* Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role within the Automotive Engineering Services Industry.
2. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
