Over the last few years, this business has seen remarkable growth - expanding its global reach and building out a hugely successful portfolio of online content brands. A leading name in digital-first media, they operate across sectors including sports, video content, distribution, and technology.
Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the business — helping management make better, faster decisions as the company scales. * Own and support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
* Deliver high-quality monthly management reporting and performance analysis, providing insights into revenue, costs, and KPIs. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making.
* Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders in marketing, product, and content teams, using data to influence strategic and commercial decisions.
* Build, refine, and maintain financial models and dashboards to support planning, business cases, and scenario analysis.
* Support ad-hoc projects such as board reporting, investor presentations, and financial reviews.
* Seek continuous improvements to streamline processes and embed a scalable FP&A function as the business grows.
