HR Director – Milton Keynes
Salary: £85,000-£90,000 per annum plus benefits.
Responsibilities
* Oversee HR operations and strategy, leading a team of 4.
* Create, design, and implement HR strategic plans aligned with organisational objectives, including people planning, organisational design, skill gap analysis, and HRIS implementation.
* Partner with board, C‑Suite, group and operational leaders to deliver HR objectives and initiatives.
* Lead the identification and rollout of L&D strategies with an internal specialist.
* Lead the reward programme.
* Drive culture, values and engagement.
* Manage and lead complex employee relations cases.
* Support strategic plans such as integration of acquisitions, including TUPE.
* Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as required.
