This brand new role is designed to drive engagement with audiences across a diverse range of genres building on Sky News brand and talent. What You’ll Do Lead the formulation and execution of newsletter strategy to optimise audience engagement. Manage and nurture a high-performing newsletter team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Support the development and delivery of high-quality newsletters, ensuring editorial excellence throughout. Drive audience growth and retention by refining newsletter products and enhancing user experience. Implement efficient workflows to maximise quality and operational effectiveness across the team. Communicate strategies and outcomes to stakeholders and the wider newsroom, ensuring alignment with business-wide goals. What You’ll Bring Has experience in pioneering newsletter strategies for both subscribers and non-subscribers Can effectively manage and inspire a small and productive team, and can influence the wider newsroom Is comfortable with accountability to business goals Has experience working across departments outside of editorial such as commercial and marketing.
