We are seeking two Non‑Executive Directors: Audit & Finance and Digital Transformation.
Audit and Finance Non‑Executive Director
Responsibilities:
* Chair the Audit and Risk Committee
* Ensure robust financial stewardship, effective risk management and high standards of governance and assurance
Qualifications:
* Qualified accountant
* Senior experience in finance, audit, risk or assurance within complex or regulated environments
Digital Transformation Non‑Executive Director
Responsibilities:
* Lead or influence technology‑enabled change
* Help the organisation use digital systems and data to improve quality, safety, efficiency and the experience of patients, staff and partners
Qualifications:
* Experience of leading or influencing major digital systems or platforms
* Understanding of user experience, patient safety and organisational capacity
