Major Job Responsibilities: Build and develop sales and profit growth across Private Networks, Security, and Surveillance Solutions verticals within Europe. This includes mission‑critical sectors such as Transportation, Critical Infrastructure, industrial protection and Security Agencies. 1. Areas of responsibility, permanent objectives and duties: · Strategic Sales Leadership a. Execute Ceragon’s Go‑To‑Market strategy for Private Networks, Security, and Surveillance verticals to meet booking, revenue, profit, and growth targets. b. Lead the full sales cycle for secure wireless connectivity, mission‑critical networks, and surveillance transport solutions. · Account Management & Customer Engagement a. Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers across utilities, O&G, public safety, critical infrastructure, and security agencies. b. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing technical decision-making, architecture choices, and procurement strategies. c. Foster long‑term customer loyalty for Ceragon’s high‑availability wireless backhaul and surveillance‑ready solutions. · Pipeline Management & Forecasting a. Develop and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline with clear visibility into projects, tenders, and framework agreements. b. Deliver accurate, timely forecasts and maintain KPIs including funnel progression, deal health, and account growth. · Internal Coordination a. Collaborate with engineering, solution architects, bid management, finance, delivery, channel team and legal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. b. Drive solution validation, technical clarifications, and compliance documentation for security‑sensitive projects. · Sales Activities a. Conduct solution selling focused on secure, high‑capacity wireless networks and surveillance transport architectures. b. Drive tender responses, RFP/RFQ management, hands‑on demos, and customer workshops. c. Support trials, PoCs, and pilot deployments in demanding operational environments. · Thought Leadership & Market Presence a. Represent Ceragon at industry events focusing on Public Safety, Critical Infrastructure, and Surveillance Solutions. b. Maintain a strong presence in security associations, standards bodies, and technology ecosystems. c. Track market trends in secure wireless networking, surveillance analytics, mobility, and mission‑critical communications.. Qualification and Education: • Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years of sales in the Industrial market • Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation) • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong track record of closing complex, multi stakeholder sales • Deep understanding of the security market • Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with knowledge of telecom, and data networks • Excellent connections and contacts in one or more of our target markets • Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment • Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure • Successful sales leadership experience with high value/price system sales to senior management • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives • Ability to present value to Security Directors, Operations Chiefs, and public authorities · Strong relationships with surveillance integrators, VMS vendors, and camera manufacturers Other responsibilities: Job description reflects the permanent responsibilities to operate.
