📍 High Wycombe (Commencing Q1 2026)
💷 Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits Package
🏗️ Client: Main Contractor – Residential Scheme
I’m recruiting ahead of time for a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver a technically complex £37m residential development in High Wycombe, due to commence in Q1 2026.
The scheme will provide 94 high-quality homes (3–5 bed units) through traditional build methods, with significant engineering considerations including partial basements, retaining walls, and complex sub-structuring.

A well-established residential main contractor / developer with a reputation for delivering technically demanding, high-quality housing schemes across the South. This is a fantastic opportunity to join early and shape the commercial direction of a flagship project.
🎯 The Role
* Full commercial ownership of the scheme from pre-construction through to delivery
* Manage all procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and cost reporting
* Lead on risk management and financial controls for a challenging build
* Liaise closely with design and technical teams to manage change and cost impacts
* Great opportunity for a commercially strong Senior QS to step up into a lead role
💰 Package Includes:
* Salary up to £85,000 (DOE)
