The Opportunity
As an Internal Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering clear, engaging communications that support EPR Engineering’s strategy and identity – helping us on our journey towards An Electric Britain. You’ll lead campaigns, manage channels and keep our people informed and inspired.
You’ll join us on a salary between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our #Bristol office, with flexible working options available. Let us know what works best for you.

Who You Are
We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager who thrives on planning, building relationships and delivering creative content. To be shortlisted, you’ll need:
* Considerable experience in internal communications or employee engagement
* Strong copywriting and editing skills across multiple formats
* Proven ability to turn complex technical information into clear messages
* Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading development and delivery of internal campaigns
* Managing core channels including newsletters, intranet and leadership briefs
* Building relationships with key stakeholders to align messaging
* Monitoring engagement metrics and improving reach and impact
* Supporting major staff events and organisational change communications
Pay, Benefits and Culture
