Your new role
Asmunications Officer, you’ll be part of a small, dynamic team responsible for delivering high-qualitymunications and engagement activity. You’ll manage day-to-day coordination of social media channels, produce video and photography content, and support the development of digital platforms including the website and intranet.
You’ll contribute to internal and external campaigns, write and edit content, and support media handling processes. You’ll also play a key role in supportingmunity education initiatives and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with organisational values.
What you'll need to succeed
1. A degree-level qualification
2. Experience creating digital content
3. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop) and Wordpress
4. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
7. Film/video production and creative photography skills
8. A full driving licence and access to transport
Desirable experience includes:
9. Understanding of the public sector or healthcare landscape
10. Campaign and event management experience
