The role
Our client has built a highly successful in house CRM system for their own estate agency. It performs exceptionally well and is now being launched as a commercial PropTech product to other estate agencies.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to take this product to market and sell it directly to estate agency businesses across the UK.
This is a pure B2B sales role focused on relationship led selling within the property sector.
Key responsibilities
• Selling a CRM product to estate agency businesses
• Leveraging an existing network and industry relationships
• Managing the full sales cycle from introduction to close
• Identifying new opportunities within the estate agency and lettings market
• Acting as a trusted consultant rather than a hard seller
Ideal background
• Current or recent experience in estate agency or PropTech
• Strong B2B sales experience selling into the property sector
• Existing black book of estate agency contacts
• Comfortable selling a SaaS style product
• Self starter who can work autonomously
