People Operations Administrator

£32,000 per annum
ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a People Operations Administrator on a 6 month contract.
The Role:
* Provide administrative support to the People Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Organise the company induction and administer compliance training to ensure all new starters are inducted correctly.
* Provide administrative support for the People operations system ensuring employee data integrity and system workflow task monitoring.
* Raise purchase orders through the company ERP system to enable processing of invoices.
Requirements:
* Good communication and organisation skills
* Strong administrative experience ideally within a people operations environment
* Must be confident and have previous experience liaising with stakeholders
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with change/uncertainty.
* Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
* Keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
