About the role:
As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll be a trusted advisor for our key customers, typically managing core (mid-market) accounts or specializing in flagship products. Your mission is to help clients get maximum value from our market-leading software in HCM, supporting them at every step of the customer journey.
From onboarding and product training to adoption, retention, and beyond—you’ll be the bridge between our solutions and our customers’ success. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and across the business, ensuring that our customers not only achieve their goals but also become enthusiastic advocates for our brand.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing a portfolio of customers and acting as their primary point of contact
2. Building trusted advisor relationships and guiding customers to achieve their goals
3. Leading the onboarding process and ensuring customers achieve value quickly
4. Driving adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities
5. Conducting regular check-ins, business reviews, and on/off-site meetings
6. Acting as the “voice of the customer” internally to shape product and service improvements
7. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and advising on best practices
8. Creating customer success plans, tracking customer health, and proactively addressing risks
9. Partnering with teams across the business to deliver seamless customer experiences
What we’re looking for:
10. Strong relationship-building and communication skills
11. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
12. Experience dealing with payroll or payroll software
13. Ability to manage multiple customers and projects at once
14. A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
15. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and driving value conversations
