The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with the Senior Mine Geologist and Mining Team to deliver high-quality geology services. You’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting ore recovery, data analysis, and reserve delineation at St Ives. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute, collaborate, innovate, and develop geology practices at a high-performing site.

What You’ll Do
* Assist with diamond core logging of grade control.
* Support Mining Team in maximising ore recovery and minimising dilution
* Assist with underground diamond drill rig management and QA/QC protocols
* Collect, analyse, and report underground grade control data to inform block modelling
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor of Science (Geology) and previous mining experience
* Skilled in Datamine, Leapfrog, or similar mining software and Microsoft Office
* Strong communication, collaborative mindset, and current manual driver’s licence
