Performance Management Senior Analyst, Reserving

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include creating high-quality underwriting performance reports and presentations, discussing insights with key internal and external stakeholders, responding to ad hoc report and data requests from underwriters, claims, and pricing teams, and comparing internal reserving analysis with those of brokers, carriers, auditors, and the CFC Syndicate managing agent.
1. Analyse underwriting performance across several business lines, carrying out regular deep dives into specific segments to spot trends and areas for improvement.
2. Produce and maintain clear, accurate and timely management information (MI) that supports decision-making for a range of stakeholders.
3. Prepare high-quality performance reports and presentations, and share insights regularly with internal teams and external partners.
4. Handle ad hoc requests for reports and data from underwriting, claims and pricing teams quickly and accurately.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We're looking for a dynamic newly or nearly qualified Actuary with experience in GI.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need sharp analytical skills and a strong grasp of underwriting principles. You should be confident turning complex data into clear insights, producing accurate reports and presenting them to stakeholders.
