Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* No experience or qualifications required
* Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
* Great communication skills
* Able to promote and deliver person centred care
* Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
* Be well organised/professional/caring
* Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
Desirable Skills
* OCF level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
* Previous paid caring experience
