Brigade Size: 10+ (Head Chef, Sous Chefs, Breakfast Chef, Commis, KPs)
Location: Northwest, Lancashire (Blackburn)
Were delighted to be working with a luxury 30 bed hotel and spa in the Northwest, home to a recently refreshed brasserie and ambitious events programme. This is a wonderful opportunity for an Executive Head Chef/Head to take ownership of the kitchen, drive standards to AA Rosette level, and deliver quality across restaurant, spa, and event dining.
The Hotel and Restaurant:
* Luxury hotel (30 rooms) with full spa and wellness facilities
* Brasserie restaurant (50 covers a day) with international menus
* Significant events, weddings, and corporate business up to 200
* Wellness retreats and spa dining as key revenue streams
* Supportive ownership, with investment planned in kitchen upgrades
The Ideal Executive Head Chef:
* Strong track record leading high:volume kitchens
* Creative flair to refresh menus and shape food identity
* Experience managing teams and developing junior chefs
* Commercial awareness to balance quality and profitability
* Passion for standards, with ambition to achieve accolades
