AA Euro Recruitment Group has been retained by one of our clients to recruit a EHS Manager for their Pharma project in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

Role:
1. Conduct regular formal site audits and carry out inspections as directed in the Safety Management system, communicate to site management in order to close out issues
2. Ensure the delivery of health and safety inductions for all new employees or contractors
3. Ensure sub-contractor safety documents are produced and available on site, relevant and in accordance with best practice and current legislation
4. Manage a large team of Safety Advisors / Officers on site
5. Serve as representative at site meetings and manage the Tool Box Schedule for the project
6. Compile and communicate site emergency plans in conjunction with the site managers team
Requirements:
1. A relevant recognised EHS qualification
2. At least 7-10 years’ experience in construction safety, 4 of these to be in a lead or management role
3. At least 3-4 years experience in Pharma Projects Construction Background
4. MEP experience ideally but not essential
