IKEA Gateshead are looking for a Food Production Specialist Chef to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. You will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced and safe environment to deliver a better everyday life for the many.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, an eagerness to learn and will embrace change with a solution-orientated approach to the many challenges and tasks that present themselves. We are looking for someone who:

3. Is passionate about ensuring that the food served is of the highest quality at all times.
4. Has an interest & knowledge of food.

Previous food operations experience is essential.
CONTRACT INFORMATION
39 hours - 5 days over 7, working alternate weekends.
Contract type: permanent
Salary from £27,000.

1. Cold side plate and cake production and preparation.
2. Hot food production and preparation.
3. Working in the Bistro.
4. Counter service and delivering excellent food quality in line with food safety policies.
