What we are looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and proactive individual to join our dedicated facilities team as a Building Services Supervisor at Saltley Academy. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our school premises, supporting the Site Manager in maintaining a high-quality environment for our students, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager, assisting with day-to-day maintenance and security of the buildings and grounds as required. You should have a good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements. Previous caretaking/cleaning experience is preferred for this role. Driving licence advantageous.
