Salary: MPS/UPS – £32,916 to £51,048 per annum (dependant on experience)

About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, individualised lessons to pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, SLD, and PMLD.
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports both academic and personal development.
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to each pupil's education.
* Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to meet EHCP targets and ensure consistent progress.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS or QTLS (or is an ECT with a passion for SEN).
* Has experience working within a specialist or mainstream SEN setting.
* Is patient, nurturing, and committed to supporting the unique needs of every learner.
* Can work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive school community.
