Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Health & Social Care Tutor to deliver high-quality, engaging training to learners across a range of programmes. The ideal candidate will also have experience delivering employability skills, supporting learners to progress into work or further study.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about developing others, confident in creating inspiring learning content, and committed to achieving positive learner outcomes.
The Role Involves
1. Designing and delivering engaging face-to-face and blended learning sessions in Health & Social Care and Employability.
2. Carrying out initial and ongoing assessments to ensure learners are on the right programme with the right support.
3. Creating schemes of work, session plans, and differentiated learning materials suitable for a range of learner needs.
4. Using digital tools, online platforms and interactive resources to enhance the learner experience.
5. Assessing learners work, providing meaningful feedback and setting clear development targets.
