Patcham Nursing Home is a welcoming 30-bed residential and nursing home, providing high-quality, person-centred care in a calm and supportive environment. Each resident has a private en-suite room, supporting dignity, comfort, and independence. Location: Patcham Nursing Home, Brighton Salary: £13.70 per hour (reviewed annually) weekend enhancement Hours: Flexible hours available (part-time, full-time, and bank shifts) Contract: Part-time / Full-time / Bank available About the Role As a Health Care Assistant at Patcham, you will support residents throughout their day, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. You will be part of a supportive care and nursing team, working together to deliver person-centred care in a structured and calm environment.
