Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate an excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor
* Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge
* Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered
* Possess strong interpersonal skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base
* Work as a team to ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
* Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed
* Ensuring cashing up and EOD reporting is executed correctly
* Assist the management team in resolving all client issues/complaints quickly and effectively
* Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy back of house
