Sales Negotiator - Midhurst
Henry Adams Estate Agents is pleased to have a full time position available for a Sales Negotiator/ Associate at our busy Midhurst office.
Working at one of the largest Estate Agencies in the area this role offers an excellent package for the right candidate and the excellent prospects that comes with working for one of the South's leading and most diversified property companies. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and looking to enjoy a long and successful career in the Property industry.
Experience in residential sales is preferred but general sales experience will be considered. The position is varied and could encompass sales, sales progression and listing, we offer training and personal development and a competitive salary package with bonus structure and profit share options.
Requirements:
* Experience in Residential Estate Agency
* Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
* Exceptional organisational, verbal and written communication skills
* Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
* Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and One in Three Saturdays 8.45am to 4pm on a rota basis.
