At Ofgem, our policy work plays a central role in shaping a safe, affordable and sustainable energy system for the future. We are seeking Senior Policy Managers to join our Markets Oversight and Enforcement and Financial Resilience and Control Policy teams. These roles sit at the heart of a significant period of change, following the Government Review of Ofgem, and will contribute to shaping how we regulate and operate over the coming years. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of policy across complex and high-impact areas. You will contribute to projects linked to legislative and regulatory change, working with colleagues across Ofgem and externally to ensure effective and evidence-based outcomes. This includes analysing policy options, developing recommendations, and supporting stakeholder engagement. Job description You will work collaboratively across teams, including legal, strategy and communications functions, as well as with government departments, industry and consumer groups.
