We are recruiting Exam Invigilators to work within secondary schools across South Tyneside, supporting pupils during key examination periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up exam rooms according to published guidance
* Supervise students throughout examinations
* Ensure exam conditions are maintained at all times
* Collect and return exam materials securely
* Follow school and awarding body procedures
* Report concerns or incidents promptly
Requirements
* A patient and professional manner
* Strong organisational and observational skills
* Ability to work to strict rules and deadlines
* Reliability and flexibility with working hours
* Training will be provided for successful applicants

* This is a casual role with variable hours
* All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
