How would you like to work with swim! – The UK’s leading premium Learn to Swim experience?
We are looking for an engaging and inspiring individual as a Team Leader to join our industry-leading swimming team, delivered at Cheadle Hulme.
Your primary role will be to supervise the safety of our swimming lesson provision, deliver lifesaving and first aid, and uphold excellent standards of customer experience and premium facilities, helping to change lives by giving every child the opportunity to learn to swim.
As part of your role, you will supervise the pool, support the teaching team, use technology to engage customers, and work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience. This includes customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practices and learn from each other.

Duties
* Deliver the swim experience, including servicing customer inquiries, showing potential customers around the centre, driving memberships, and attending regular training with the swim! team to ensure high standards of delivery.
* Provide lifeguard duties for learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 3-11, ranging from non-swimmers to competent swimmers.
* Plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 3-11.
* Deliver exceptional customer care to swimmers and their families both in and out of the water.
* Ensure the safe use, storage, cleaning, and maintenance of all equipment.
* Complete and record health and safety checks electronically as assigned by the swim manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Help maintain the facility to a high standard, ensuring it is clean and safe for all users and staff.
* Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through training, observation, and feedback to maintain high standards of delivery.
* Be a positive role model for young people, encouraging them to reach their full swimming potential.
* Distribute award badges and certificates to celebrate swimmers’ achievements.
* Adhere to a code of conduct and all swim policies, including equal opportunities, safeguarding children, health and safety, and operational procedures (training provided).
