Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Key Responsibilities for the Junior Sales Development Representative: * Prospect new leads via calls, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn). * Support the Business Development team with campaign outreach. * Nurture inbound leads and act as the first point of contact for potential clients. * Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads and track activities. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives. What we are looking the Junior Sales Development Representative to have: * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone. * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools. * Interest in psychology or neuroscience. * Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus). * Some prior customer-facing or sales experience. * Proactive, curious, and eager to develop. * Resilient, adaptable, and open to feedback.
