An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Rural Land Agent / Commercial Surveyor
to join a well-established, independent property consultancy based in the East Midlands. This role the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of rural and commercial assets.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to take on a senior role within a respected multi-disciplinary practice. You'll be managing a varied portfolio including estates, farms, and agricultural businesses, while also collaborating with the commercial property team on lettings, management, and agency work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert advice on landlord & tenant matters, valuations, planning, and farm business consultancy.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.
Candidate Profile
We're seeking a professional who is:
* MRICS qualified, ideally with several years of post-qualification experience.
* A Registered Valuer.
* Experienced in rural land management with broad professional knowledge.
* Commercial property experience is a strong advantage.
* A confident communicator with excellent client care and business development skills.
* Entrepreneurial and ambitious.
