What You’ll Need
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
* Experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally as a room
* Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles

What You’ll Do
* Oversee the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring smooth routines and high‑quality care
