Design and execute functional and regression test cases for SuccessFactors configuration changes. Validate end-to-end HR processes, including hire, job change, absence, performance cycles, learning assignments, and recruitment workflows. Perform focused testing of payroll-relevant changes impacting Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Execute regression testing aligned to scheduled releases and payroll cycles. Log, track, and retest defects using agreed test management tools. Produce clear test evidence and contribute to status reporting for the Test Manager. Support UAT cycles by assisting HR and Payroll SMEs. Identify risks or quality concerns early and provide clear recommendations.
