Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The main focus is to develop the Wholesale Lending “Borrow Money” client journey for UK Corporate Bank, supporting lending growth and streamlining the end-to-end process to enhance the client experience.
Accountabilities
* Collaborate across business and support functions to identify key pain points for clients and internal teams.
* Prioritize and coordinate strategic change initiatives to realize medium and long-term benefits.
* Establish metrics to measure, govern, and track cycle times and progress throughout the journey.
* Oversee the “Borrow Money” Transformation forum, managing key initiatives and providing bi-weekly updates to senior management.
* Explore opportunities to expand initiatives to IBK over time.
* Manage change projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
* Create detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
* Maintain stakeholder communication, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
* Lead project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skill sets.
* Manage project budgets and risks, identifying and mitigating issues proactively.
* Facilitate change management activities like training and communication to embed changes.
Additional Responsibilities
* Coordinate strategic change for the “Borrow Money” client journey.
* Oversee governance forums and report regularly to senior management.
* Manage regulatory and technological change initiatives.
