Role: Finance Analyst
Location: Hybrid with travel to our offices in London and Northampton
Full Time / Monday to Friday / 37.50 hours per week

As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for the development, production and review of management reports which provide relevant and timely information on the financial performance of the business. This will include, but is not restricted to, the production and review of monthly management accounts, balance sheets (including balance sheet reconciliations), forecasts and budgets. This role will also support on Client billing, salary sacrifice reporting and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions
Building a strong relationship with Client Relations and other key stakeholders.
Monthly P&L variance analysis to ensure all transactions are appropriate and substantiated
Ensure accurate billing and reporting to client to maintain strong partnership. Supporting with the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting where necessary
Explain complex information to non-financial colleagues and support them with finance-based queries.
Keep up to date with organisational changes, financial regulation updates and the marketplace.
Completion of balance sheet reconciliations for relevant areas.
Respond appropriately to issues requiring confidentiality.
Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
Interact with internal and external auditors.
Essential Experience:
Experience in Month end Accounting
Balance sheet experience
Qualifications:
Part Qualified or Qualified (AAT or equivalent)
