A Day in the Life at Hazel
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and motivating the F&B team during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
* Supporting the management team in training, scheduling, and daily operations.
* Being the first point of contact for any guest queries, feedback, or special requests.
* Working service shifts, including breakfast and dinner, leading by example on the floor.
* Ensuring the team consistently delivers warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
* Overseeing restaurant setup, cleanliness, and close-down procedures.
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and monitoring of food hygiene standards.
* Collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to maintain excellent service flow.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or senior F&B position is essential.
* A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to team support.
* Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence during busy periods.
* A genuine passion for food, drink, and creating standout customer experiences.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to high standards.
