TSR is currently looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our client's growing team. You'll support residents during property works and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
* Be the key contact for residents throughout works
* Communicate via phone, email, and in-person visits
* Handle questions, complaints, and access arrangements
* Coordinate appointments for contractors and trades
* Attend site visits, resident meetings, and coffee mornings
* Collect feedback and maintain KPI records in Excel
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised, punctual, and adaptable
* Ability to drive and use of your own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK (DBS check provided)
