Logical Personnel is on the lookout for a confident, results-driven individual to join our Chapeltown office, managing both temporary and permanent recruitment across the UK. The Role: This is a 360 recruitment role covering both temp and perm placements within the industrial sector—including warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and compliance. Your role will involve developing a profitable desk, maintaining high service levels, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
