Responsibilities
* Build and develop relationships with customers
* Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business
* Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
* Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice
* Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Sheffield market
* Fantastic interpersonal skills where you feel comfortable talking to all members of the internal business and customers.
* Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you - good excel/google sheets skills
* You remain calm under pressure and are someone a team can look to for advice and guidance
* Proactive, with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude.
Qualifications and requirements
* Familiar with lead management and data performance
* Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices
* Ability to manage agent performance and growth
* Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
* Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment
* Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
