Responsibilities
* Manage bookings from enquiry to contract with accuracy and flair
* Promote all resort facilities and deliver professional show?rounds
* Support sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
* Coordinate event administration, proposals, contracts, and BEOs
* Build strong relationships across departments to ensure flawless delivery
* Represent the resort at hospitality events, exhibitions, and familiarisation trips
