Quantity Surveyor - Overview My Client is seeking a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor located in Durham. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost control, creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and managing overall costs, including cost planning and cost reporting. Daily tasks include preparing tender and contract documents, performing risk and value management, and providing advice on contractual claims. The role also involves liaising with clients and other professionals to ensure cost-effective project development and completion.
