* Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers on-site
* Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients and contractors
* Ensure installations are completed on time, to specification, and to a high standard
* Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and ensure health & safety compliance
* Coordinate van loading, delivery, and offloading of furniture
* Act as the first point of contact for the team and report directly to company director
* Identify and resolve any on-site issues efficiently
* Take photos and keep accurate records of completed work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers on-site

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in furniture installations or office fit-outs
* Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude
* Confident dealing with clients and contractors
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred but not essential)
* CSCS card (preferred – or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to read floorplans/drawings is a bonus
