About the Role As part of our high-performing Data Insight Team, you’ll be working with large datasets to extract critical trends, uncover growth opportunities, and drive fast-paced, data-informed decision-making. You'll influence key business strategies, using insights to directly shape product performance and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing Owning end-to-end analysis projects: from data ingestion and refinement to insight delivery. Driving pricing and revenue optimisation initiatives using internal and external datasets. Leading continuous improvement cycles through test-and-learn frameworks. Collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to influence decisions at board level. Reporting on trends and insights using Power BI, SQL, and Excel (VBA/macros). What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years of analytical experience, ideally in pricing, revenue, or e-commerce environments. Background in industries such as airlines, car rental, comparison shopping portals, or DTC brands is a strong plus. Proven track record working with large data sets and multiple data sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Graduate with a 2:1 or higher in a Maths, Statistics, or similar numerate discipline. Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (including VBA/macros) are essential. Python experience is a bonus. Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to present insights and recommendations at the executive level. Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
